If you know your hosting will go down in a month or so should you make a back up of your cpanel and mybb or will just cpanel do?

If you do a full home directory backup, your MyBB forum files will probably be backup up. You will still need to make a backup for your database though.

It's a good idea to keep a download of forum's files and backup together in one place.
