In each individual forum setting there is a checkbox 'Yes, posts in this forum should count towards user post counts'. If you uncheck that then posts will not count in that particular forum.

i want is some posts do not count, if possible, if applied to a specific forum

Yes, that's what it does, won't count posts in the forums you uncheck this option...
