i uploaded there and it still doesnt work

The smile location is http://techbots.co.cc/images/smilies/happy.jpg which goes to a 404, the image doesn't exist.

The sad location is http://www.techbots.co.cc/images/smilies

well i uploaded them to images/smilies

You've entered images/smilies as the image Image Path for the sad smile, that's not going to work, you need to put the file name on the end of that - images/smilies/b4yvyr.jpg

The happy smilie isn't called happy.jpg - change the Image Path to images/smilies/25a25ib.jpg

Your files aren't named happy or sad, you need to use the actual names of the files. I've edited my post above.
