I want to create an icon legend box on the index page for the on.gif, off.gif and offlock.gif. I dont have an examples of what it looks like but the box basically looks like a forum category which says Icon Legend using the background thead and instead of having forum topics it has the images mentioned above.
Im not sure where to look to edit this but I really need some guidance as it would make my theme look much better then it currently does.
