After converting, new board shows 0 posts in 0 threads, even if I visit each forum, it has threads/posts there.

There is no error when converting. Is it a bug in converting system?

Also, SMF 2 RC1 is not supported by the system. Only SMF 2 RC 2 and RC 3. There were database changes between RC1 and RC2 that preclude RC1 from working 100% correctly sometimes. You don't appear to have hit that particular problem, but be aware of it please Smile
