Heres the current layout.

This is how i want my Category's to be placed like

I was searching the web, i i found this site that had the setup very nice. So im wanting to change my setup so it will say all the categorys at the top of the page going left to right. If anyone could show me how to do this please

You want to have tabs? That plugin can be found at MyBB Central.

And, its not developed for 1.6 yet.

If it works there's no reason in re-developing it.

Well we have received some problems at MyBB Central, so it is not fully functional.
