Isn't the max 120? Why would you need to do that?
This is hardcoded in the database as the max length is 120. But as said above why do you need to increase it?
If it's needed change the column type to VARCHAR(200) or something, but a title that long would probably go over the table headers.

You can't get keywords in your URL without Google SEO.
I don't see why people need to worry about stuffing keywords in a url, when it doesn't really matter much for search engines.
