I have an old site which has sorta gone downhill and I haven't got time for it anymore. So I am putting techtalk.co.uk (site and domain; or just the domain) up for sale.

The domain expires on 07-May-2011.
Note: The domain is registered with 123-reg where I can do a free transfer from user to user.

How much for just the domain?

I would probably say anywhere between $15-20 as that in GBP is just a bit more than I paid for it in the first place.

There's already a very established forum with a VERY similar domain name, so I don't think I could make it work.

Established maybe but active no.
If you look at most forums on the site it has been spammed to death, the owners obviously don't care much for it. 219 pages of spam in a new and announcements forum is a good sign that the forum isn't working well.
