Close the thread? Or remove usergroups posting privleges for the forum? Or edit the templates to remove the reply and quote button?
Depends what your intentions are. Why do you want to remove them? Do you want to remove them from all threads? For all usergroups?

i see some of this thread here "Important Threads" where theres no reply button thats what i mean and under new raw thers a second thread called "normal threads" means only 1 threads as main threads thats user cant make reply... that make them make another new threads ... hope u understand what i mean .. thx anyway polar
