MyBB Community Forums

I am about to create a brand new forum (yay!) with myBB 1.6.

My members will be in two distinct groups (no, it's not paid and free, but two opposite sides, both free to join).

Is it possible to configure myBB so that when a new member signs up they can choose which camp they are in i.e. Blue or Red, without me having to do admin work each time someone signs up?
