I cant manage my forum's. Add, delete, edit any forum's

Nope, i do think a folder is missing, i checked the file verification and it saif the whole /admin/modules/forum files where missing . I will try to upload that and see if that works.
Well obviously if the forum management module files are missing you're not going to be able to manage forums...
Yeah, those files were deleted somehow. I uploaded them and all is well.
