Installed a fresh copy with following plugins
Google SEO (1.1.13)
My Advertisements (1.6)

When I click on New Thread button this is what it gives

Fatal error: Call to undefined function build_prefix_select() in /home/something/public_html/mysite/newthread.php on line 757

Whats the issue?

Disable the MyAdvertisements plugin.

Removed the whole plugin, still the same error

Disable google seo plugin

Removed all pluingins completely...still the same problem...

have you just upgraded ?

not its a new installation...of the latest version

Try this , re-upload the install folder and run upgrade.php again , while doing the upgrade only click each button once.

done, still the same.....
Thinking of removing and reinstalling the whole thing...

Upgrading or installing again isn't going to fix an undefined function error.

This function is defined in ./inc/functions.php, upload a new copy of this from a fresh download.
