Some months ago I started a forum and tested many forum software.

I think mybb had WYSIWYG Editor at that time but I choosed vBulletin.

Now I was going to start another forum and needed a free forum software so I came here as it is best option within free forum software.
But it seems in latest version WYSIWYG Editor is not available? OR is it disabled by default? If so then how i can enable it?

No WYSIWYG is not available by default. That's the only way of doing it AFAIK.
