You're missing a table but the query syntax is wrong.

Badly written plugin or something, MY_TABLE_PREFIX isn't used anywhere in MyBB.

Or actually I think MyPlaza uses this which I don't think has been upgraded to 1.6; you should have deactivated it before you upgraded.
