I disabled custom warning, but is it possible to only let me (admin) give out custom warnings?

-how would I upgrade from MyBB 1.4 -> MyBB 1.6 without wiping?
-will my MyBB 1.4 plugins work with 1.6?

No, they won't work straight away but most won't need massive changes to work. They will all need to be deactivated when you upgrade though.

Settings>Warning System Settings>Allow Custom Warning Types?
You need to deactivate them to upgrade, so depending on what it is you may lose the information from them.
Ah, I forgot about that setting for custom warnings
I guess you'll need a plugin to only allow them for you.
