im going to upgrade my forum from 1.4.13 to 1.6
but I cannot find any change file download for 1.6 upgrade....

Do I need to upload all files from the complete package of 1.6?

Plz do a quick help.

There is no changed files package for 1.6 - you need to upload the entire 1.6 package.
