So its just normal upgrade nothing else?

When i am upgrading, first i download files from MyBB...
Do i need to upload them to old files like overwritte or to upload them in Upload Folder?
To upgrade all files in Upload folder or in other folders like admin inc etc?
I upload all files on old and overwritte all of them! I chmod all files... and there is something wrong when i try to start upgrading script! It says me that doesnt exist!
