when you upload asome files to your forum i think they are beeing uploaded with an unknown way
so when some one wants to download it he can't pause downloading and continue doing this at next time
i think it's enough

resuming downloads is not for MyBB to handle, that is something that a browser or FTP program would be responsible for.

I Use IDM to Download.
But Mybb Not Support resume capability for attached files. right ?

I suppose MyBB can set the Content-Range header support for certain attachments, at look into the option. i am not totally sure how it works, but its doable. Still related to brwoser/ftp/downloader though.
