Guys help me

why i can register many accounts in my forum with the same IP.

i set the maximum registration per ip to 1.

is this module of mybb is not working right?

is there any plugin for this problem?

The module is working fine.

It's set to disable registrations for EXACT IP's, not ranges.

If you have a router and turn it of and then on, you'll get a slightly different IP address, therefore, you'll be able to register another account.

Yes, in my country there is millions dynamic IP and change rapidly each time your modem restart.
Banning or restrict to some IP is useless. Unless you must banning full Country IP range thru Apache, but thats not good.
