Why can not we have two official language?
We have two Persian/Farsi language but we can not have them in MyBB download page why?
Good point, they could definitely be both in the download page.
They would probably need to be checked to see if it's a quality translation which meets the standards or something.

This is probably likely, but (for 1.4 at least) didn't we have a Farsi language pack up already?

Yes, There is no different between Farsi and Persian. but I think we can have two Persian language in our download page.
(I think most user of MyBB use MyBBIran language although we have MyBBHelp language in our language page)
