I go to aboard and click on the topics name and it refreshes and wont popen the topic.

You've got a dodgy plugin here or you've edited something, the links are all pointing to the forum, not threads. What plugins/edits have you made??

I added new points, post counter, ad stats, infobar, and my advertisements. I deleted My advertisements, New points, ad stats,.

Deactivate the other plugins.
