Advanced Quick Reply Form (1.0.3)
Country Flag
Google SEO (1.1.4)
Side Boxes! (2.1)
Social Sharing Button (1.0)
others i have disabled but still the load is still high it goes up to 150

please i need your help on how to solve this.

Have you try disable "Show 'Similar Threads' Table" setting on Admin Panel
also try disable "Country Flag" plugins?

755 users active in the past 15 minutes (62 members, 5 of whom are invisible, and 691 guests).
755 user at 15 minutes is quite big on your medium forum. And I see you have coppermine too.

Google SEO feature "Google SEO URLs" like to rewrite such this "Forum-Help-Topics-Feedback" may slowdown little bit your forum cause Apache server need more memory to run those request. I suggest disable this, but leave others Google SEO features ON.

You can monitor and activate Debugging Mode, and see regularly which causing slow query.

Php processing time VS Database Processing Time.

And finally, get prepare to move host or got new VPS for your forum
