I want to convert from IP.Board to MyBB...
Is is possible or would I have to do a clean install?
I am using IP.Board 3.1.
Anyway I can do this without losing users & posts etc.

Does it support latest IP.Board... On Merge page it says Invision Power Board 2.3 which is old

Yes, its on the TODO list. I'm not sure when it will happen offhand though. Right now I'm working on clearing bugs with the existing modules. Then I'll be discussing with Ryan vB 4 and IPB 3.

good choice there but just curious as to why your going from paid to free software
Your best bet is to try and get hold of a copy of vB3 convert to that, and then convert over to mybb. Thats how i did it.
