I posted a bug report here:

But because it was unable to be reproduced it was rejected. Can someone help me out please? All information needed is in the bug report.

It's in the bug report. It's not my site, I just helped with setting it up. Oddly enough though we changed the theme and it's working fine now. WTF? O.o
