Since I can't see it as a guest I'm going to take a guess that it's in the header_welcomeblock_member template.

ye but where can I find it. How do I het to it?

It's down here:

ACP -> Styles and templates -> Templates -> your template pack -> Header -> header_welcomeblock_member
Or other in Header group.
