2) "Weight" system - Repliers, topic starters, etc get more weight.

That plugin is outdated, and not supported anymore. Also, that plugin only shows the ads in the 'showthread' template.

I want the ads to show in the 'header' template.

I will then PM you my estimated price before monday afternoon...
