Need Donation Bar Like in Vbulliten~

if i had the time i would code one but i honestly know very little about PayPal IPN

Its has following features:
1. Adds a Bar Indicating Donations Recieved, Just Like in vBulletin.
2. Comes with 6 settings.
3. Of course with an Enable / Disable option.
4. Goal Amount. Its an amount where you want to reach through donations.
5. Received Amount. Its an amount you have received through donations.
6. PayPal Code. It may be an Paypal Donation Button or any other donation button from another company from where you want to collect donations.
7. User Groups Exempted. These User Groups do not see Donation Box. e.g. Admins, Mods etc.
8. Donation Bar Explain. An optional text which you want to show for what purpose you are going to collect donations.

Only Donation Box Need To Show In Home Page Only!
