I'd like only the original poster of the thread to able to see the post, as well as any moderators or admins. I'm not sure how to do this, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Select "Forum is Private" under the permissions of that usergroup for the forum

In the permissions for the forum, go into Set Custom Permissions for each usergroup you want to only view their own threads and tick Can only view own threads?
