The ".menu ul" appears twice in the CSS. The first on is immediately after #content. This appears to be the correct one.
There is also one after .float_right and contains no values. It appears to be an extra one.

I noteiced this too but in my themes i often remove them both for my own menu.
FWIW, .autocomplete and .popoup_menu .popup_item are also duplicated. I have not noticed any problems from this. Just mentioning it because it might cause problems I don't know about.
