This feature doesn't work. My forums have tried it twice.

I tried to make it so only Moderators and Admins may see members posts. and everyone else can only see their own.

It worked, but Mods may only be in the moderators usergroup. They can't be in ANY other usergroup. This shouldn't happen. They should be able to be in whatever usergroup they desire and this feature should still work.

This feature is on vBulletin and works properly.

Could you give us a bit more detail? I think I know what you're getting at but I want to make sure so I can test.

I had a Category Named TF Office
I made a forum called Admins and Moderators Office

User(in usergroups except mod) would only be able to view their OWN threads. Moderators and Admins may view EVERYONES threads.

I set the custom permissions to where this is possible. And only Admins were able to view everyones threads. Mods had to only be in the moderators usergroup. They couldn't be in Moderators usergroup and another usergroup such as Registered.
