How do I set it when the members can always see the first post. Like if you go to page 2, you still see the first post that started the topic.

That would require a plugin.

Well may I ask the name of this plugin?

I have a plugin that does this , i dont have it uploaded yet though. Goto my site and post in "Requests"so it will remind me to upload it tomorrow , if you want it.
