I want to use a forum MyBB GNU/Linux, I like their appearance and details.

I have these questions:

-> Disable the sending of emails, ie to activate the account.
-> Disable all the attachments.

On the other hand, is consuming MyBB? o resembles Smf and the like?

You can set registration to automatic in the ACP.
ACP>Configuration>User Registration and Profile Settings>Registration Method>Instant Activation
For disabling attachments:
ACP>Configuration>Posting>Maximum Attachments per post>0
