I saw new function in Reputation System (Reputation from Posts). But problem is when i trun it on in Admin CP, i dont understand how to use it.

Basically that feature is this little icon below each post;

When you click it, it reps the poster for that specific post.

But nobody on the forum can't see it...

Try reverting your postbit template to default. It may be that it didn't revert if you upgraded.

also if you are using a custom theme it might not have the image in the images folder

Yes, I use custom theme.
So that is the problem?
And yes, where I can find the button?

in the 1.6 package you downloaded look in the images/english folder. for the posbit_reputation.gif file
then upload this to your images/customtheme/english folder
obviously customtheme folder would be the name of your theme.
