I noticed that for some reason the "get support" links on the plugin info pages just link to the entire plugin category, and then we have to search for that plugins thread. We all know that search on almost any forum script is super horrible, so it takes a while, or just doesn't end up with the results at all.
Most people needing for support will be kinda noobish anyways and need simple help with the plugin, so going through steps to find that thread may be even harder for them.
So can we start linking to the support threads themselves? It really makes much more sense, and will save everyone time, and get their problems resolved much quicker.
I think that this is comming with the new mods site. But don't quote me on that.
And in the meantime you can just add the link to your plugin description.
And no matter what you do, there will always be people who just don't get it and ask questions in the review section...

Completely true! But since developers can't answer in the reviews section, there isn't much that we can do.

agreed.
Maybe they could also replace the search function in the header here with a google custom searh.
I'm sure this will be done in the new Mods site when it's available.
And I don't think there's any point in using Google search, as that'll only return what's in Google...
