Hi,

I was wondering if there is an option in the admin to disable the subscribe to threads and/or forums alltogether?

If there isn't.. then how can I disable this feature? In the templates?

I am using Mybb 1.4

I'm pretty sure it can't be disabled in the ACP.

You'd have to remove the option from all the templates.

Just curious, why would you want to do that anyway?

If you've got a big board (let's say a new thread is created every minute or so) and you've got some people who are subscribed to some high volume forums on your board, then mybb will try to send out an email to every single one of the subscribers for every thread created, which is not always preferable...
