The emails coming from my forum for any subscription notification is showing the from address as 'Unknown Sender'. I checked the header, the From is blank. The header for one of that email is

From: "" <>
Reply-To:
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
X-Priority: 3
X-MSMail-Priority: Normal
X-Mailer: MyBB
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8

How do I fix this issue? any idea?

I'm sorry for bumping this thread but I didn't want to fluff up the Forums with the same content related query - I'm having this issue aswell - is there any advice you guys can offer on how to rectify this issue? Sometimes I see the correct "from format" but most times it's just From: ""

just to let you know or anyone else who may have the same problem - I followed the myBB wiki document and this solved this issue for me
