Just woke up this morning to find my forums have got the following error:

Quote:MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
145 - Table './cgamer_mybb/mybb_sessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
Query:
DELETE FROM mybb_sessions WHERE ip=' MY IP '

My website was fine last night, and now this morning I randomly get this
Any ideas what's going on?
