Does anyone know a good PHP info forum?
Something like phpfreaks.com with tutorials and a nice and active forum to ask for help etc.
Because I'd like to learn some PHP, but I'm gonna need some help once in a while :p

No. For me www.w3schools.com always work (maybe it's because I don't use it often ) but when I use it, it's always there.

w3schools.org seems to be for sale

the .com is fast again now

I've always found SitePoint to be an invaluable resource for troubleshooting errors and scripts.

The PHP site is another wonderful resource just for the comments alone.
