is there a way to let Super Moderator to see users email ?
he can see users list but i want to give him more details about user.

By default the email shows in the list of users in the ACP, but if you click the Views button on the right and then Manage Views, you can choose what shows.
i think you are talking about administrators because super admin he don't have privilege to access to ACP ?
i want to display email to super admin in user profile or in member list ?

You mean a super moderator then, not super admin. Two very different things.
So you basically want emails to show on the memberlist only to mods/admins??

You can add {$user['email']} to the memberlist_user template to show the users email address, but that will show for all groups that have permissions to view the member list.

because if i do this i need to block all users and Moderators from showing member list.
