I forgot my admin login info is there anyway i can recieve it through my ftp because it hasnt sent to my email
Umm no not really.
Your best bet is to make a new accound make it an admin through phpmyadmin or what ever you prefer and change the original accounts password...
When i try login to phpmyadmin it says

#2005 - Unknown MySQL server host 'invalid_hostip' (1) :s
UPDATE `mybb_users` SET `password` = '098f6bcd4621d373cade4e832627b4f6', `salt` = '' WHERE `uid` = 'X'
replace X with your userid.
Your password will be test.

You don't. Click the SQL tab, paste it in, and click the button.
Contact your host about that error, there's nothing we can do.
Your host has to fix that phpMyAdmin issue.
