I need to make the header this:
but as you can see its the board logo. how to fix this picture as header logo?

But where then put that Picture for background picture?

Why not rename that picture the same as the logo and upload it in the same place as the logo overwriting it? It would be much easier that way.

i did, but as you see it get 5cm to the right not fitted. : (

Other sugestion. how to chage background colour at all?

You can remove the logo from the header template:

<a href="{$mybb->settings['bburl']}/index.php"><img src="{$theme['logo']}" alt="{$mybb->settings['bbname']}" title="{$mybb->settings['bbname']}" /></a>

or just remove the logo.
but how to set background picture/colour. cant find it

I don't understand what you mean, you seem to already have a background? Can you explain again?

I got ApartFlame Theme
Logo can i change i now how.

But how to change the background colour. ( its red in this theme )?
(of the header) ?
