Whenever i go on the admin panel and to put on board messages, or configure the gallery i get a message saying the following

"The precondition on the request for the URL /forum/admin/index.php evaluated to false."

I have actually managed to fix this on previous versions, but on my old thread i had for this, i didnt say how i fixed it lol

Anyone know how to fix it?

You'll need to ask your host about this, it's not an issue with MyBB itself.

I managed to fix it.... i hadnt renamed the htaccess.txt file to .htaccess. Thats what was causing it.

Really shouldn't cause this error if it's not renamed, I'd ask your host why it's doing that. You're the first person I've seen to have this error when they've not renamed this file, considering the fact it's called htaccess.txt for everybody to begin with.
