I'm logged in as the super administrator and I am trying to view someone's IP by clicking the word Logged (the page is moderation.php) and I get the no permissions page.
Help!
Obviously, you don't have permission to view moderation.php

I'm a super administrator, I have permissions for everything!!
You're not supposed to be able to view moderation.php - there's nothing to view on it.
All that file does is hold the functions required to run the moderator tools.

Same deal with files like usercp2.php and global.php. They're just function containers, and have no HTML output.
OK well if we're getting specific, it's moderation.php?action=getip&pid=4728
(replacing PID with the post ID that we want to see the IP of).
Make sure the primary usergroup you are in (is super administrator a group you created?) on its' options has:
Moderation/Administration Options
Yes, users of this group can access the moderator CP <--checked
Yes, I do. I'm the owner of the forum therefor in the Administrators group.
Can you access the Mod CP? (yoursite.tld/modcp.php)
Yep I can access everything else just fine.
