Im new to mybb and basicly i need simple help installing plugins and themes.

Not sure what you expect us to do with such vague information.

Plugins and themes usually come with installation instructions in a readme file, follow the instructions and you can't go far wrong.

If you have problems along the way, post what they are and someone will help.

You cookie settings are correct and I had no problems logging in.

What actually happens when you try to login?
