i want to know that how can I upload data on my site and wil it effect my running website setting??
also i want to know that under what folder should i upload ur software file
Create a folder named " what-ever-you-like " or create a subdomain " what-ever-you-like " the folder thing is easy but for seo and traffic purposes forums.yoursite.com or what-ever-you-like.yoursite.com is better than yoursite.com/forums or yoursite.com/what-ever-you-like
then upload all the create content, give them the approriate file permissions and create a seperate mysql database and user for this before all upoading, then read the instructions and good luck.
For security of your forum, you can use the link in my signature after you install your forum.
Installing the forum will not affect your site, unless you have to little space and bandwidth to install a forum along with your site.
