the avatars on my forums don't seem to be showing up for some reason....

I tried using 1 I uploaded and a default avatar in the gallery.

my uploads/avatars directory is chmod to 777 as is the /uploads folder.

odd..doesn't show up when I'm signed in (administrator), but it does show up for guests..

User CP > Edit Options > Tick "Display users' avatars in their posts."

That should work.
