I just deleted all of the default smilies, and added custom ones. Now when I post a smilie, it shows up as something like this:

Thinking/dialatic.com/images/smilies/time-out.png" style="vertical-align: middle;" border="0" alt="Time-out" title="Time-out" />

Why does it do that?

What have you entered for the image path?

It should be something like: images/smilies/filename.gif

Can you provide a link and test account?

AJS tried some things, and said he didn't know what was wrong, and asked me to try to upload a .gif smilie. Oddly enough, the .gif one works, but the .png ones don't..

Anyone know a solution?

Rename them to .gif then.

Wouldn't that mess them up?
