If you're missing templates, then something's wrong. Did you recently upgrade to 1.6??
Don't install that plugin, it causes errors on your forums.

That's not the same plugin as the other one, it's brand new.
All it does is use a global $headerinclude, and add the icon codes to it...

Edit: If he edits headerinclude, and you install a new theme that has its own headerinclude, the favicon will not show for that theme.
Ok its up , if ur using the plugin you can disable it as the link has been added.
Did you edit a template?
He's just gonna have the same problem when he uploads a new theme.
headerinclude is located on ungrouped templates. its very easy.
Just search it one by one.
