I've backed-up my database, i have uploaded all the files, with a small exception: config.php

Now, when i enter /forum/install/upgrade.php or index.php, i receive this error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /forum/install/upgrade.php *nor index.php* on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

While accessing /forum/, it says that the upgrade script has not been ran.






Oh, nevermind, i have uploaded the /install/ folder for the 3rd time and i see it works. Odd, anyways :|
