I meet a problem with my board on IE.8, it's broke the Post Colum.
But wwhen I use IE.7 or Gooogle Chrome, it's not.

If it's the plugin causing this then deactivate it and use another image resizer, there are others available.

One more question, pls - When I use IE, the banner on footer is disappeared. How could I do to fixed it?

Which banner, the footer area looks the same for me in IE, Chrome and Firefox.
